Chandlers Place project: the importance of finding the perfect partner for large-scale 3D visualization
Finding the right 3D visualization specialists who can accurately convey your vision and highlight the strengths of your project through renders is no easy task. First, navigating a market saturated with 3D visualization studios all vying to be the best can be overwhelming, especially when many of them might not fit within your budget. Second, out of dozens of teams, only three might have portfolios that align with your vision of a successful collaboration. Third, if your project is a large-scale endeavor that goes beyond a single 3D render meant to be just a “filler” for a company profile, then finding the right 3D artists becomes even more crucial.
In the end, this attention to detail will pay off, saving time on project development by eliminating the need to constantly search for new contractors and repeatedly explaining your concept and philosophy while providing technical briefs. You won’t have to struggle with integrating an interior render done by a freelance artist with exterior visualizations modeled by a renowned but costly studio. What are we hinting at here?
Balance, confidence and the “magic of a package deal” — these are the pillars upon which we’ve built mutually beneficial partnerships proving the validity of the theory mentioned above. The advantages of choosing a single 3D visualization studio for multiple projects are obvious. And perhaps it’s no surprise when we reveal both our name and that of a major USA developer, Fromley, as we share yet another story of “partnership” with a family-owned business. But what will surely catch your interest is the Chandlers Place project, which followed our first collaboration (you can read about it here). This project now comprises a series of renders capable of “building” a new city, turning the client’s dreams into reality.
Maximizing every square foot: the concept behind the Chandlers Place exterior
Chandlers Place is set to become the centerpiece for new residents in Garden City, Idaho. They will be offered over a dozen spacious townhouses with finished interiors and built-in modern appliances to meet any household need. The development will resemble a self-contained world, suitable for both large families and single professionals, with apartments ranging from three to five rooms.
We reflected this concept through symmetrically placed homes, where the “network” consists of six buildings of various sizes. Together, they create a spacious courtyard that will flourish with greenery and blooming shrubs. In this area, each resident can park their car or effortlessly organize a street picnic, inviting neighbors to join. Terraces and balconies, which are delightful elements of the buildings, offer a perfect spot for sunbathing.
In our second consecutive project, we employed an effective method for comprehensive understanding. In addition to the “classic” shots of individual rooms, we created a kind of dollhouse
Amidst the natural tones of the surrounding trees and the road, which serves as a dividing line between private homes, the Chandlers Place project blends seamlessly into its environment, thanks to the carefully selected facade colors. The main palette includes turquoise, gray, and graphite, while the combination of straight and sloping lines adds a touch of dynamism to the houses. The best word to describe the exterior of this project is “comfort.”
Spatial orientation through 3D renders or a child’s view of interior design
In our second consecutive project, we employed an effective method for comprehensive understanding, one that takes us back to childhood. In addition to the “classic” shots of individual rooms, we created a miniature cross-section of the house — a kind of dollhouse. These angles allow the client to grasp how many bedrooms each house contains, on which floor the room for solitude and creative energy is located, and approximately where the car is “hidden” in the garage. We took a similar approach for each floor, revealing their potential from a top-down perspective.
This approach is not just an option; it’s the answer to any questions the client may have when interacting with architects, designers and 3D artists. It brings clarity to the project, ensuring that any misunderstandings are avoided. Additionally, it’s a fast track to final decision-making leading to the quick approval of the project.
Interior composition: multiple bedrooms and a dedicated hobby room
The interior of this multi-story townhouse is striking in its harmony and attention to detail. The kitchen, seamlessly transitioning into the dining area, is adorned in soft cream tones, enhanced by refined elements in the furniture — elegant handles on the cabinets that shift from white to black depending on their placement in the upper or lower sections of the cabinetry. A light wooden floor grounds the space, providing a solid base that contrasts with the lightness and airiness of the pristine white surfaces above.
Each bedroom captivates with its cleanliness and comfort, where the focus is on the diversity of textiles. Soft fabrics enrich the room’s pastel color scheme, adding a sense of warmth and character. Natural accents subtly emerge through furniture details, like a bedside table made of natural wood, which deepens the room’s aesthetic and gives it a distinct personality.
The concept of a dedicated hobby room aligns perfectly with the overall interior philosophy. Neutral tones dominate this space, creating an atmosphere of concentration crucial for channeling creative energy in the right direction. Simple yet essential green plants introduce a touch of freshness, subtly enhancing the mood.
The bathroom, located in the “basement,” impresses with its immaculate freshness, achieved through small-format white tiles on the walls, which are tastefully contrasted by sleek black fixtures that underscore a contemporary minimalist style. Wooden elements inject warmth and balance, harmoniously blending with the cool light tones, completing the refined and functional interior concept.
Consistency and continuity: two steps towards success
Large-scale projects are always resource-intensive, and the integration of advanced 3D technologies, particularly 3D rendering, plays a crucial role in their successful execution. However, it’s not just the end result that holds value, but also those who work tirelessly to achieve it, leveraging innovative solutions and their extensive expertise.
This is why entrusting the development of a project to a single 3D architectural rendering studio is a critical step on the path to success. Such an approach fosters a deep and cohesive partnership. In these conditions, there is a clear understanding and vision of the work, with execution rooted in consistency and process optimization. 3D artists who not only create 3D scenes but know how to do it exceptionally well, guided by the client’s needs, consistently meet client expectations — building trust in the process. The result is a strong collaboration, measured by hundreds of successful joint projects.
